Custom-Made Products
Most of our curtains, blinds, and soft furnishings are custom-made according to your selected fabric, size, colour, and specifications. For this reason, custom-made products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or do not match the confirmed order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery and installation. If you receive a damaged item, a defective product, or an incorrect order, notify us within 48 hours of installation or delivery. Our team will assess the issue and arrange a suitable solution, which may include repair, replacement, or correction where applicable.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once manufacturing has started or materials have been specially prepared for your order, cancellations may not be possible. If eligible, any applicable refund will be processed after deducting costs already incurred.
Installation Services
If any issue arises during or immediately after installation due to our workmanship, please contact us as soon as possible. We will inspect the installation and, where necessary, carry out corrective work at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

- Made-to-measure window treatments
- Products customised in fabric, colour, size, or design
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or unauthorised alterations
